My initial review and comments solely reflected my disappointment at the non-delivery of my order. I now fully appreciate that this was as a result of problems with Royal Mail and not your company. I am impressed that you responded to my comments very quickly. Having now received the diary I can say that I am extremely pleased with it . It makes a lovely gift.
