How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

After talking to Martin Matthewson Ltd again, the situation has been clarified and resolved. The discs are corroded, but not in any way enough to be a safety concern of the MOT or need replacing any time soon, hence not being listed. I have every intention of doing future business with them and appreciate very much their honesty. My previous comment/review was not intended as a complaint, and I thought was direct feedback to them, not public, and I had the intention of following it up with a visit this afternoon to discuss the issues. I have since updated my review score.
