We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed by your recent visit to the garage. Due to the Covid 19 MOT extensions now having finished, we have been running a completely full MOT diary for the past month, as everyone catches up with testing. This has meant that some tests have to be completed in the afternoon, enabling us to work through the day's diary efficiently. We do, offer a pre booked 'while you wait' MOT service for our customers who only want to be without their car for approx.1 hour, and this is something which may be a better option for you next time. Alternatively, if you could let us know at the time of booking that you require your car to be finished for a certain time, we will be more than happy to ensure it is ready for you to collect at the agreed time.
