We do understand your frustrations you have felt and appreciate how, stressful it must have been for you. It would never have been our intention for you to be the ones to break the chain and move into your onward purchase at your parents. As you know, on the moving day a problem arose which was completely out of our control and we discussed with you what we felt to be the best options to keep this lengthy chain in place. We wholeheartedly believe that throughout this process we tried our upmost and went above and beyond the efforts of any other agent in the chain. Under very difficult and ever changing circumstances which were not caused by Mansell McTaggart we diligently tried to keep the sale progressing and we are sorry that you felt we handled the situation badly and not with your best intentions in mind.
