Looks and feels good, but shirt received was damaged and quality not of a standard hoped. Shirts quickly showed signs of wear. Replacement shirt offered, though never received.

Very efficient shopping experience, ordered and delivered with in a few days. Beautifully packed, to the extent that I haven't unpacked to ascertain sizing but quality looks good.

Hi Adrian,
We're really sorry about the delay with your order. We can see that it was successfully delivered on 8th December but this was outside our promised delivery window. The carrier was extremely busy with the Black Friday rush and there were delays at your local depot. We have refunded your delivery charge as an apology for this delay.

This is such a fantastic concept! The jackets I ordered are amazing quality, communication with Dominique was excellent and the delivery was faster than expected. I ordered another couple of items...
I never got a confirmation # and order placed on 10/11 and it is still not delivered on 10/19.

I have review the tracking and can see that Fedex delivered the parcel on 10/19, however this is a few days later than our 2-3 working day promise. I have arranged for your delivery charge to be refunded as compensation for this delay, and please once again accept our apologies. You should see the funds arrive back in your account in the next few days.
