Nightmare trying to order. The website has glitches. Ordering by phone still produced the wrong sizes. No attention paid to instructions for delivery. Just awful.

Thank you for your response to our feedback system. We were obviously very disappointed to learn about your experience with this company. As you can see, all remarks are now in an open forum, and you can read the replies from other customers. As I hope you will also see, the vast majority of our customers are satisfied with the product and service, and ease of use of the web site, but we acknowledge that were difficulties in this instance. Since the beginning of October last year, up until the middle of March, we have successfully handled nearly 400 individual orders, and we are constantly striving to improve our performance in all respects. Please accept our apologies for this unfortunate series of mishaps in relation to your order.

Thank you for your reply and we really appreciate your feedback. We are constantly striving to improve our service. If you look on the Feefo website and other customers' replies, you will see that most are impressed with the packaging. We understand the need to package carefully to prevent any breakage in transit.
We always replace any broken panel FOC, as long as we are notified!
Any panel smaller than 2m2 can supported by the magnetic tape, but we stop beyond this size, and this panel falls well within this range.
If the installation instructions are followed carefully, and the magnets are perfectly aligned, this size will be easily supported. The surface on the window frame must be receptive without any irregularities. The bowing out is due to the incorrect alignment of the magnets. I can explain how to rectify this if you wish. Do get in touch!
