Hello Mr Patel. Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry that you had issues with accepting delivery. Our manufacturer sends out our mattresses direct to get to you quicker, this means we cannot keep track on deliveries or let our customers know of exact delivery dates and time. We take your feedback onboard and will be looking into making this service better in the future.

Hello Mr Patel. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you're not totally happy with the firmness of your mattress. We do try and put as much information on our website regarding firmnesses of our mattresses and we do encourage people to come to our showroom and try out our mattresses for themselves to make sure they choose the right mattress for them. From experience a new mattress does take a while for your body to get used to and with time you should start enjoying the benifits of the Premium 2000.
