Thank you for your feedback, this is a first for us as we haven't had this problem previously so apologies for the errors. Unfortunately yes there have been many delays and issues during Covid with regard to contact, deliveries and supplies, due to closures, but we have always been completely honest with our customers and have not once blamed Covid for this error. If your mattress fillet is still incorrect please can I suggest you contact us and we will rectify the error.

I fully appreciate the issues you experienced thru covid restrictions and that is not my issue, contact with yourselves has been fine.
my issue is that the 1st fillet was shallower than the full mattress and the replacement is taller, as depth of mattress was not an option when ordering I expected both parts of the mattress to be the same depth.i have tried to live with it but it is not working, resulting in loss of faith in your manufacturer to make good. The main mattress is fine, uneven depth is the problem.
