Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your recent experience at Waxham Sands didn’t meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the changes to our premium pitches. Our intention with the updated layout and pitch markers was to improve clarity and consistency across the park, but we appreciate that this may not have aligned with your previous experiences in what your expectation of a premium pitch is. It is not about location, premium pitches are 10x10m with a higher amp of electric. Those in the middle are 10x10m the same as the premium around the edges. Your comments about the ablution facilities and the overall direction of the park have also been noted, and we’re sorry to hear that you feel the site has lost some of its original charm. We’re committed to preserving the natural beauty and unique character of Waxham Sands while also making thoughtful improvements for all our guests. Lovely area but too expensive
