Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The loan was rushed through one evening and the first payment was taken out the next day. The first payment should not have been due until the following month.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were not expecting your first payment to be taken out a few days after taking a loan with us. Payments are generally taken monthly in relation to your monthly pay day date on your application. In this case it was a few days after signing the agreement.

As I understand, a new repayment date has now been agreed and resolved between yourself and our collections team. If not, or if there is anything we can do to make your review a 5 star one. Thanks, but loan repayments should never be taken so close to a loan being taken out and I received two emails one stating that the first payment was Jan and one that the first payment was Feb. The situation is resolved but I would not have taken the loan if I had known the first payment would be immediate.
