Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I think it's because the staff are very friendly but they fail to ask a key question like how long do you need to repay ur loan rather than just give you very long period which is very expensive...

Thank you for your feedback Sharif. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
