Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

When I applied for the loan it was for £100 over 3 months payble. Then automatically got given £250 to pay back nearly £800 interest but did not give me any choice to refuse the loan just put it into...

Hi there, I'm concerned as we do not offer loans for £100 over 3 months. Our personal loans begin from £250 and are for a minimum term of 18 months which you can settle early and entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. When applying for the loan, if accepted you sign the loan agreement saying you would like the loan which would be the crossroad in which you decide if you would like the loan or not. I apologise if you feel this was not explained to you properly and I will make sure this feedback is passed on to our team to help improve the service we provide.
