How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your feedback. As a responsible lender Loans 2 Go will complete thorough affordability checks on all customers online and via phone depending on the loan you take with us. Depending on the loan product our interest can differ but our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly which I believe you confirmed with a member of our team.
