I have emailed you regarding the issues you experienced the watch but hopefully this message will reach you as well. The watch certainly shouldn't break, especially within a week of purchase so we would like to arrange to get it replaced for you. It is also covered under a 12-month warranty. Do get into contact with us if you would like to get it fixed or replaced and we will sort it all out for you right away.
