Was originally informed it would be 1 day delivery and this did not happen. Still waiting on item.
Excellent I ordered over the phone and the girl was very helpful.I spoke also to Alice the owner of lily and Lionel and she was great at sorting out the scarf I wanted.i have dealt with them before...
My telephone order was dealt with very courteously and efficiently. I received my order, very nicely packed and within two days. Yes, I would recommend them to others.
