Dear client, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you have found our returns process ineffective. The only thing we require from the customers before providing them with a free return label is to provide us with a few (2-3) photos of the glasses and the accessories. This is done so we can ensure what the condition of the product is before it is returned. This also guarantees that even if something happens through the transportation of the returned item to our warehouse, the client would be insured. As for the refund itself, we aim to process everything as soon as possible or within 14 days of the receipt of the product. Dear Chris, Thank you for your feedback. We are sad to hear that there was a delay in receiving your order. Your order was dispatched on the same day it was created (the 20th of June) and the first delivery attempt was made on the 23rd of June which is within our recommended delivery estimates (2-3 working days from dispatch). As it is visible in the tracker of the courier, on this day, your address was inaccessible thus the order was directed as available for redelivery and was finally delivered on the 27th of June.
