Hello, Again, we regret that there has been a mix-up of products in our warehouse, we assure you that it was not intentional, but an oversight, which we have brought to the attention of our staff and asked them not to repeat it again. As soon as you contacted us we sent you two packs of contact lenses with the correct diopters to match your original order, if your prescription has changed since then, you have unfortunately not informed us of this fact and we have been unable to respond in any way. We have politely asked you to send back the contact lenses in wrong power, you do not have to do this at your own expense but we have provided you with a free return label. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused, it was in no way our intention to fail to meet your requirements.
