Order duplicated and as yet no refund
Our order valued £200 was duplicated when the service seemed to have a blip. I contacted them as soon as pos after and am still chasing a non-automated response plus refund.

Quick and Easy
Quick and easy to complete. Like the fact that once I booked my confirmation allowed me to then book times for swimming and meals without needing to phone anyone and sit in a queue!

When booking park tickets they are displayed individually which meant I had to go through and count to make sure there were the correct amount. If they were listed as adult x2, child x2, etc I think...
