I had booked the wrong rooms so rang the booking line and the lady was amazing. So helpful and helped organise a little surprise for my sisters 40th and brother in laws 50th.

The hotel was lovely but the legoland was a bad experience
The queues were massive my kids didn't get to sit on the rides, it was not my moneys worth.

Delighted with the booking process. Hotel and park tickets booked in minutes. Can’t wait for our visit in October. Kids are counting down the sleeps until we go.

Once there easy to follow
Aside from finding the actual booking page from the main website, as we are Merlin pass holders, everything was well layout and easy to follow, once we were on the right page.

Easy to book
Booking our Legoland trip was very easy to do online. I liked how we could book everything from hotel to venue ticket all in one go, and the add-ons for things like food and parking was very useful.
