felt let down
cancelled holiday it was a xmas present for grandkids try to book again prices sky high so had to get a refund we saved hard to give them somthing to remember

The add-ons could be made more clear, but otherwise easy.
It just needs to be a bit more clear from the overview what is included (i.e. you can add an extra day for £5/head, or 'you can book your dinner nearer the time', or things like that). So you don't...
