We’re sorry to hear the item arrived with some marks on it. Unfortunately, items are supplied to us packaged and we do not routinely unpack each item prior to dispatch, so we were not aware of the issue before it was sent. We’re also sorry that we were unable to resolve this with you directly. Your initial email was received outside our business hours on Friday, and by the time we returned on Monday a PayPal dispute had already been opened. Once a dispute is raised, the resolution process has to be handled through PayPal, which limits the options available to us directly. A full refund will be issued for the item, and we apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
