hello sir, the drill is fit for purpose and had a faulty switch, a very simple issue to resolve. We have to abide by the warranty terms and conditions, as an authorised distributor of Makita products.

I replied to your emails, and even gave you contact details for the Makita representative.

The goods are being returned to you, as the tool is being used for work the warranty rules apply slightly differently when used for commercial purposes.
