Created delays and another level of bureaucracy
They outsourced the claims handling to a third party company which created even more delays. A simple repair ended up taking a month. Will not use again.

Many thanks for your feedback, we've looked into this and found that it wasn't the service of our claims providers that delayed your claim. Your insurer requested you have two estimates before they would authorise the repairs, this unfortunately is out of our hands. Your insurer did not authorise the repairs until the 24th December and I also note that it took them a considerable time to send this authorisation to our approved repair centre. Please accept our sincere apologies but I can see that the team did everything they could to speed this up.
