Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We agree completely with your feedback that to offer our clients a fully rounded service, we should also be able to offer travel insurance to cover their travel needs. That is why we are and have been looking at options within the industry to be able offer this service. Unfortunately, airline prices fluctuate rapidly and I'm sorry to hear that the cost changed between you booking it and seeing other prices later online. We have contracted rates with most airlines that often provide exceptional savings to our clients, which is appreciated as per our high review rating on FEEFO.

In regards to airline membership programs, travel agencies are unable to give any advice on rewards flights, upgrades, or any other benefit that the airline may offer. This is due to the airline having control over these options. We will of course review our staff training and remind our consultants that we should never provide an opinion and always refer our clients to the airlines membership program.
