We appreciate all feedback , both positive and negative, and I am sorry to hear your booking experience felt highly pressurised. When dealing with airfares, availability can unfortunately change second by second causing the airline to increase the price. As with all purchases in the travel industry, whether directly with the airline or through an agent, this can cause clients grief when the fare quoted is no longer available. There are instances where tickets can be held for a short period of time, but this is at the mercy of the airlines. In the interest of providing our clients with the best price on their desired flights we need to ensure that customers are aware when a quoted price is an instant purchase price and the effect on the price if not booked. This then provides a fantastic deal to our customers but is not usually something that can be held with the airline. I apologise once again if, by offering a fantastic deal on instant purchase tickets resulted in you feeling pressured as this is not the intention. If you would like to have us look at flights for a future trip that can be held for a short while, please inform your consultant at the time of enquiry and they will make sure you are aware of these options as well as the savings that can be made if an instant purchase option is available.
