Villa Carlotta, Ragusa was shabby, obviously understaffed, and it had an inadequate "guest lounge" that could not accomodate more than 12 people at a time. The " bar" is the size of a bus shelter....

Guide and driver were excellent. Unfortunately we couldn't go to one of the sites due to a protest that closed the road. Hotels were quite good and the last one was excellent
