Delivery times always horrendous,promise delivery within 2-3days and take 2-3weeks to arrive. One of the worst company's we deal with for service

Thank you for your comments and my apologies for any delays you have experienced.  Stocked product lines are despatched within 2 to 3 days but products with longer lead times are always advised on the order acknowledgment at the time of ordering.
