Poor...Requested the item to be collected from a collection point only to be told ' we are not going to do that we are going to deliver it to your home' when nobody was in. Very poor service

Hi there - its only me who deals with customers in this respect and I can categorically say that I would not have refused to change the address - who did you contact? Please let me know so we can sort this. Did you have the item delivered? Was it DPD you had this interaction with? Please let me know ASAP and I can sort this for you. We work very hard to ensure excellent customer service and I cannot understand what has happened here but would like to get this sorted for you ASAP. I will say if customers ask for items to be delivered to a more convenient address we sort this for them no problem at all.
