I do apologise that you feel this way. The trousers, as you know, were showing in stock at the suppliers, along with the jacket, and these were not in stock. The jacket was coming back in to stock and the trousers were not. I did source another pair of trousers for you, which I called you about yesterday. They should be with you either today or tomorrow. The jacket should also be with you tomorrow - this was due in to the suppliers yesterday who have duly sent this out for you. We will look in to items on the website which need ordering in from suppliers and make this more clear upon ordering that there will be a delay. I do apologise for the delay and I can assure you that this is not commonplace. I have arranged for free gifts to be sent to you and I will keep a check on the jacket and trousers for you.
