Dear Steve,
We are saddened to hear how unhappy you feel here, on the service we have given you.
The issues with your car were 1. the air conditioning needed a re-gas service and 2. your CD player would not work. I offered you a full refund at first, however you want to keep your car. So we did everything possible to get these issues organised and fixed for you ASAP. We worked around you to get your car booked into a local garage of your choice to have the A/C rectified. And we drove down to your house at a time to suit you, to replace your complete Radio CD unit with a genuine Toyota part.
The issue with you giving false information to your insurance company is because you assumed that the vehicle was fitted with an alarm. On the model of Toyota Yaris that you own, they do not come with a vehicle alarm. I am very sorry Steve that you are so dissatisfied. We as a business do pride our self on being an open and honest company and we are really shocked by your review. If you want to call me directly to discuss further, please do.
