Gear Knob Gaiter: We apologise for the delay in getting this to you. We initially sent a replacement gaiter in the post; however, it seems this did not arrive. To ensure this is addressed, we have now arranged for another replacement gaiter, ordered directly from Ford, to be delivered to you. This should arrive shortly, and we hope this resolves your concern.
V5C Logbook: The V5C was registered with the DVLA at the time of sale, and you have been registered as the new keeper of the vehicle. However, we understand you have not yet received the document. Unfortunately, once the DVLA processes the registration, any queries regarding delays need to be directed to them, as we cannot request another on your behalf. We have tried reaching you via phone to discuss this and left a voicemail with this suggestion.
