Thank you for your helpful feedback which was as expected following the reports from the driver and courier. We are sorry that this short break did not meet your expectation and that you feel the tour was ill prepared. As you may recall the original choice of hotel for this tour was unable to accommodate the group due to a Government contract as detailed in our letter to you, and an alternative venue was sourced to be able to allow the tour to proceed. The timings of the excursions were entirely dependent upon the three cruises that were the main focus of the itinerary, and any alternative options, depending upon the tidal flow of the Thames, would have meant a very early departure from the hotel or late return for dinner. It is unfortunate, that the hotel were not ready to receive the group when you arrived, despite being advised of our anticipated time of arrival
