Thank you for your helpful feedback. We endeavour to provide a variety of hotels for our tours, from individual family owned hotels to luxury hotels and larger franchises and groups. As you are aware from our letter, the original hotel for this Great Break could not accommodate the group due to a Government contract, and a replacement location was found for the tour to be able to proceed

Thank you for your feedback. The timings for the excursions were entirely dependent upon the departure times of three cruises that were the main focus of our itinerary. The alternative times that were available, due to the tidal flow of the Thames, would have meant either a very early departure or late return to the hotel for dinner. I am sorry that this short break did not meet your expectations
