Thankyou very much for taking the time to leave us a review regarding our Burton upon Trent branch, although we're very disappointed to read said review as we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. Firstly we can see that the transaction did take a long time which is highly frustrating for you, and us. Said delay was on the buyer's side due to their related sale taking a long time and unfortunately this was beyond our control. Secondly I can see, from the notes, a change in personnel dealing with your file and we understand the frustration here. Unfortunately we could not avoid this because Stephen went on holiday and our Sales Progression team stepped in to take over, and look after your case.
