Thank you so much for speaking to me today. I take fully on board your comments. Whilst we did follow your sale through to completion, speaking with the relevant solicitors along the way, I can see we wrongly presumed that they would be liaising with you as their client through the conveyancing process, we also should have updated you. I apologise that the contact through the conveyancing side of the sale was not to our usual standards, as can be witnessed from feedback from others on this site. This is not the norm I assure you. Once again please accept my sincere apology and I am glad to hear that everything else through the transaction met your satisfaction.
