Thank you very much for your comments with regards to Joe Browns not offering a free returns service. We constantly check our prices against other mail order brands who we feel are giving a similar sort of exclusive style and choice and feel that our products, in comparison, are very competitively priced. We do accept that there will always be other suppliers who will be cheaper than ourselves, who offer free returns, but their clothing tends to be less detailed and they definitely offer less individuality. We could begin to offer a free returns service, but - like other companies must do so - we would have to build the cost of offering such a service into the goods that we sell, which would be just as unpopular and - if nothing else - it also seems unfair because customers are told that it's free, whereas this isn't entirely truthful.
In response to your comments regarding the sizing, we are very sorry to hear that you feel our goods are sized up much smaller than other retailers. Your comments have been passed to our QC Team for consideration in the future.
