In response to your comments, you are correct in thinking that we do not offer the free returns service in order to keep costs low. If we were to begin to offer this service, the price of our goods would be increased by a significant amount and we feel that this would hinder the business more than the current returns process currently does. With regards to what you have mentioned about being unable to locate the return address, we do provide it on the returns form featured on the back of your invoice, so please do accept our apologies if this was not particularly clear.
