Thank you fortaking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns and were sorry to note that the Versatile top did not come up to your expectations. When we receive comments like this that the product looks different to the image we look at the product and image and if necessary re photograph the item. We are now doing this with this item and will make any adjustments that might needed to the item. Again thanks for raising this point and sorry for the item not being as you expected. Usually very good - Unfortunately I did not receive my order and am currently going through the process of claiming from Royal Mail. The customer service has been good so far from Joe Browns though.
