Thank you for sending us your comments re your order placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to see that the dress sisi not come to expectations and that the cut was unflattering. I have passed your comments on to the buying teams, who when we get complaints use the information on buying for future seasons, to try and ensure we offer styles our customers like. If you had a top, or any item that repeatedly split at the seams we would like you to send it back, we can then refund you or exchange the item, and also take the issue up with the manufacturer. Thank you for taking the time to send your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to see that the trackie shorts were not up to expectation due to the poor cut and not looking like their image on screen. I have passed your comments through to our QC team, who are now checking the fit and how the image compares to the item. Where we get images that are wrong we re shoot the image, the website can be updated quickley, but the catalogue would need to wait for the next print run.We are then talking to the manufacturer to see if there is a pattern fault, so thanks for your comments. If the item is in stock our deliveries normaly arrive within 2-4 days after receiving the order. We are always lookinfg at ways of improving this. The tee being 2 sizes out will be a manufacturing error where the barment has the wron sized labels in, and bag labels are wrong.If you return this to us we will refund your account or if you require exchange the item. Please contact the call centre and we will send a pre paid slip so that you can return this free of charge. Again thanks for youer comments and sorry for the incorrect fit of the tee. We note your comment about the quality of the pictures and we are already dealing with this, so it is of great value that you highlighted this as well, as it proofs we are doing the right thing to improve this. Going forward we are looking to show more items photographed on a body, which will show the fit and length better, also where items have details on the back, or have no detailing , but have the detailing on the front, we will have shots to show this.
