Thank you for sending through your commnets regarding the Multi Charms Bracelet. We are delighted that you were happy with the service, but sorry to see that the bracelet did not come up to expectation as it looked different to the picture. As soon as we receive comments like this we check that the image on screen and in the catalogue are as the product, and if not we have the item re photographed and the images changed on the website straight away, and in the catalogue for the next print run. We were pleased to hear that you were happy with the service and the fact that our designs are different to what you see on the high street.We try to offer a great service and to offer products that have the Joe Brown appeal, so thank you for that. We always look at negative points raised by our customers and try and react to them as it helps us to improve and offer customers a better service and products. The Live Life Top is in a light weight fabric and is shown on the web site with a cami top,which probably makes the fabric look thicker on the image. I have passed your comments through to the buying team ans to Q.C, who,will look at this and see if there are issues we need to address.
