Thank you for taking the time to give us your thoughts regarding the order you placed with Joe Borwns. You are right, the 39 top was great, and we are really pleased that it is still going strong!!. I am sorry that the new shirt did not fit so well, it is possiblre that the tee has the wrong size labels in, when we get it back we will check, I have also passed the comments on the fit through to the buying department, so thank you dfor this. Thank you for your feedback regarding your order you placed with Joe Browns, and the fact that the dress did not resemble the images in the catalogue nor on the website. When we receive comments like this we immediately check the product to the images, and should there be a diiference the item is re photographed and the web image changed straight away, the catalogue image in the next print run. We are delighted that you were happy with the service, but sorry to see that the bracelet did not come up to expectation as it looked different to the picture. As soon as we receive comments like this we check that the image on screen and in the catalogue are as the product, and if not we have the item re photographed and the images changed on the website straight away, and in the catalogue for the next print run.
