I LOVE Joe Browns designs and quality. The items are individual and classy. My only grumble would be the delivery charge and (if you need to make a return) the return charge. Its not normal to need to return an item and from other previous comments, it would seem most are pleased with items. So...... a free returns policy would be appreciated by all,for on the odd occasion when something does not fit or is not what we expected. I normally look out for the sales items to save a bit, as some things are a little expensive.

Love the look of the clothes but am reluctant to order much as I'm never sure on the fit (and quality after poor experience with the top stated below) and find it ends up quite expensive paying delivery and returns. Other places I've ordered from tend to charge either delivery or return. Shame really as they look to be my kind of clothes!!! That said, the customer service so far has been excellent thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to send your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to read that you were not happy with the fit or our returns policy. I have passed your comments through to the QC team who are checking to see if there is a fit and fabric quality issue with this top, so thank you for bringing this point to our attention. Unfortunately at present we can not offer free returns, and the companies that do offer free returns or postage build it in to the cost of the products. We have decided that this is unfair as it is a hidden cost the customer ends up paying for the goods. As way of a gesture I would like to offer you free postage on your next order. To do this you would have to call the customer service team and they will process your order and give you free p&p. Thanks again for your comments and we look forward to hearing from you.
