Thank you for your feedback. In response to what you have mentioned we can confirm that your postage refund was sent out to you on the 06.07.11. Due to the way in which our system works we are unable to refund the postage using the live system, and we must therefore send postage refunds as cheques. We are sorry to hear that you found some of the sizing and guides to be inconsistent. We are really disappointed to hear this as we try our best to ensure that our sizes are as standardised as possible across the range.
