As in past years the service was excellent. Straightforward, no problems with the flights, hotel and car hire.

We booked by phone and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. We would certainly use this service again. We booked the flights separately only because we could get a very good deal.

No notification of flight reff. change on speaking to a rep. After saying she would confirm the change this was not done if I had not contacted you I would not have known of the change.
