Our ferry was cancelled on the way out to Jersey. Karen was quick to ring us before we had even left the port. If it hadn’t been for her we have no idea as the ferry company didn’t want to know....

Easy to use site and friendly prompt replies to questions however they failed to resolve an issue with my flight being changed by the airline even though I’d paid a premium for my selected flight.
