Very helpful sorting out flights when we forgot to book them! Very quick professional service.
I booked on line and was surprised to find a financial protection fee added. Despite the claim on the "explanation of the fee" I saw no mention of this fee until I went to the payment page. I still...
Have used Jersey Travel on several occasions and found the staff - particularly Rebecca Jubb - extremely polite, helpful and efficient and will certianly use them int he future
Pretty good would have liked a option about luggage but otherwise fine

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at the Stafford Hotel. I am very sorry to hear that your stay was disturbed by the behaviour of some of the other guests in the Hotel. I have spoken to the Manager of the Stafford who confirms that a rowdy group of young men had booked in for the weekend . Some of this party were eventually banned from the Hotel after creating a disturbance. I also understand that security were called several times to the guests room to ask them to be quiet. Unfortunately I am sure that you can appreciate that we cannot anticipate or be held responsible for such behaviour . If you should wish to return to Jersey again I am sure that we may be able suggest a quieter out of town location for your next visit which hopefuly will not attract this type of clientle.
