Outstanding - every part of our trip was exactly as requested.
Everything was organised well.

Thank you for supplying us feedback from your recent trip to Jersey. I am pleased to hear that overall your trip was enjoyable and well organised but I am sorry that the in flight service service provided by Flybe was not up to standard .On such a short flight as this it can prove difficult to serve all passengers within the allocated time .With regard to the baggage allowances these are clearly displayed on all of our documentation and this must be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are within these limits.It is normal procedure to retain a portion of the boarding card in case it is required by immigration , I believe that this is mentioned on the documentation.I hope that we can be of service to you in the future and hopefully avoid these small irritations which caused you some dissatisfaction.
