Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the problems you experienced with your car hire. This was due to an administration error which led to your confirmation not being sent out . This would have clearly shown the pick up details and the name of the car hire company.I can assure you that this is not indicative of our normal service levels and hope that we may have the opportunity to redeem ourselves at some time in the future.
