Good service. Plane times from the Isle of Man are terrible. Departure is late afternoon, and return is mid day so our 14 day holiday is actually 12. I am sure this could be improved.

The hotel was excellent (Pomme D’Or). The staff, food, location was superb.
The travel arrangements were not quite as good. The flight was delayed by over one and a half hours (8.30 am flight)...

Good but expensive. Communication was good, initial advertising not good as we found out by word of mouth
