Difficult to book online so I had to phone. Confirmation came through before departure in the wrong name, so I called again to be told that sometimes this happens, the name was their insurers!

The booking was made very easily, and the lady was so helpful on the telephone. All our additional requirements were notified to the hotel and dually arranged.
